Google Checkout crashing IE browsers
We have been experiencing a growing number of customers with failed orders while using Google Checkout as their payment method. This is believed to be caused by Internet Explorer users' browsers crashing after being redirected to the Google Checkout website.
We want to clarify that this is an issue with the Google Checkout website and NOT Ebyte.com.
It is unclear if this is just an issue with older versions of IE, but we have tested Google Checkout thoroughly with the latest versions of Firefox and IE7 and have not experienced a browser crash during checkout.
We are awaiting a response from Google as to why their website would crash IE browsers and what they are doing to resolve the issue. In the mean time, if you experience any problems using Google Checkout and you are an IE user, we suggest using Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) or upgrading to the latest version of IE7 to avoid this issue.
